mom: the new pics are great loved them love you very much

netta: glad to hear everyone enjoyed themselves. i had a nice quite thanksgiving day at work, and got free food ontop of it. the company always provides 2 complete thanksgiving dinners to there employess each yr. it is snowing right now!!! yuck!

mom: lewis called from florida and got to talk to everyone said it will be another year before he moves back as he is taking on 3 jobs and going to air conditioning school to be able to get a decent job here when he gets back also raye and wayne called from phoenix they are doing ok but health is failing and her mind is getting worse they lost waynes dad and three of his uncles this month but they were all in their 80's and 90's so it was not a big surprise except wayne was close to his father and

mom: we had a wunderful dinner we sat at the dining room table together and munched down everyone seems to enjoy the family dinner together=jeanna came later and had a nice visit and food one of her old friends that we have here everyear named billy came by accident but of course was welcomed he used to take care of the kids when they were little and lives at a rescue mission he his an horored veit nam vet so has some problems but is big hearted so we all stuffed our selves and i sent a pie home wi

mom: i think you should start a new web site with yur pictures and charge $100 and up for them and make some real money on them they are good enough i know because i have showed your work to several people that work at the mgm grand and they say people would pay high prices for them you just need to show them as expensive art what do you think?? love ya

Muscovy Duck

A Muscovy duck (Cairina moschata) at the Bay Area Park in Clear Lake, Texas. Also known as a pato real, or royal duck. Males are more brightly colored than females and have red fleshy carnicules on their faces, over their eyes and at the base of their bills; this photo is of a male. Muscovy ducks feed mostly on underwater vegetation, seeds and acorns. Scientific classification:

Cormorant
(Phalacrocorax carbo)

This large water bird has a long neck, giving it something of a primitive, reptilian appearance (3). Adults are black with a bluish or green sheen. At the base of the bill is an area of bare, yellow skin surrounded by white (1). During the breeding season there is a white patch on the thigh, and throughout the year a variable amount of white occurs on the crown and back of the neck (1). Juveniles are dark brown and have a white area on the underparts (1). A variety of deep vocalisations are produced in colonies (1). The name cormorant is derived from the Latin 'corvus marinus', which means 'sea crow' (4).

Torch Lily or Red Hot Poker

Torch Lily or Red Hot Poker Kniphofia uvaria
	The plant known as ‘red-hot poker’ or ‘torch Lilly’ should be grown in full sun. Provide adequate spacing for these plants, which may spread to become up to three feet wide over time. Good drainage is essential to prevent crown rot, a disease that can stunt or kill this perennial. Although they will survive periods of drought, they do better when they are given additional water during hot, dry weather. The multi-colored flower spikes will reach 2 to 5 feet in height, depending on the cultivar being grown. The coloring of the flower spike may range from ivory and orange to coral red. If you have sufficient space, you can select several different varieties to provide colorful blooms from May through October!
